A collaborative exhibition between GVSU and KCAD students. Altered Food Alters Us is an analysis into the correlation of the short cuts taken by the food industry and how they are potentially harming our bodies, slowly and inconspicuously. By examining the rise in certain health conditions that aren’t normally related to dietary habits in relation to changes in food additives, we are left to wonder: is modern day food gradually impairing us?
